=社名変更ならびに事務所移転のお知らせ=
暑さの厳しき折、皆様方のご健勝をお祈り申し上げます。
さて 当社では2001年より、音楽レーベル事業及びイベント企画・制作など事業の多角化を進め今日に至りました。思えば今日までこのように事業を伸展できましたことは ひとえに皆様方のご支援の賜物と厚くお礼申し上げます。つきましては今後更なる事業発展を期すため新時代にふさわしい商号として8月10日より社名を”ユーマ株式会社”（U/M/A/A Inc.）と変更致すことになりました。
またこれに伴い下記に住所を移転します事をご案内申し上げます。これを機に私共一同決意を新たに社業の一層の充実・進展に努めてまいる所存でございますので今後とも格別のご指導ご鞭撻を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

■ 2001年、東京とロンドンをベースに、進化し続けるエレクトロニック・ミュージック・レーベル “Third-Ear” として誕生。“ジェフ・ミルズ”、“ジ・オーブ”、“セニョール・ココナッツ”から、クラシック界の貴公子“フランチェスコ・トリスターノ”、インターネット発の新世代クリエイターまで、ボーダレスなクオリティー・ミュージックをリリース。
■ ヨーロッパ最大の音楽とアートのフェスティバル “ソナー”の衛星イベント、“SonarSoundTokyo”を2002/2004/2006年に主催。
■ 2007年、リラクゼーション・ディビジョン、Relacle(リラクル)をスタート。アロマテラピーやマッサージを用いたオフィス環境やフェス・イベントなどへのリラクゼーション空間をプロデュース。
■ 2008年、トレヴァー・ホーン率いる革新的なUKレーベル、”ZTTレコード“の、国内独占販売権を獲得。
■ 2010年、国内外の“音楽”＋“アート”をUniteしていくHUB <ネットワーク拠点>、“U/M/A/A Inc.”として、更なる進化を遂げる！

Company Name Change and Notice of Office Relocation
Beginning in 2001, we have continually worked to expand and diversify our business; from an independent record label moving into events planning & production operation and further, finally bringing us to this point today. I truly believe that none of this would have been possible without the generous support from you, our friends and partners, over a de-cade. And for this we are extremely grateful.As we look ahead to an era of even greater growth and diversification of our businesses, I would like to take this opportunity to announce that as of August 10, 2010 we will be changing our corporate name to U/M/A/A Inc. (standing for United Music and Arts) Simultaneous to this, we will also be moving our office to the address listed below.We would like to also take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for your continued partnership, encouragement, and support. And in turn, every one of us here at U/M/A/A Inc. promises to bring a renewed level of commitment to ensure mutual successes in all our business efforts and partnerships.
